The Front Garden has a large sun patio with garden furniture. The Rear Garden is access down the side passage.Wheel chair access to the house is from a flat level drive way, with space for two cars. There is a ramp to the front door only and 2 - 3 steps to the other exit doors.
Interior accommodation is on one level and and all rooms and doorways are suitable for wheelchairs.Please note there is a steep hill down to Polzeath beach and village but there is a car park directly on the beach and others near by. There is a tarmaced route to the village and beach which has been used by electric scooters and wheel chairs.
Personal care can be organised with 'Cornwall Care'.

The Main Bedroom
The main bedroom is not classed as an accessible bedroom people in wheel chairs have used this room without any problems.
Whilst there is plenty of manoeuvring space both sides of the door the width of the door is not acceptable for that grading.
The far side of the bed and curtains are not accessible by wheelchair.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has plenty of space for wheelchairs and a wide doorway leading out to the hallway.
The third bed (pictured) can be removed to give more space if required.
The Bathroom
The wet room shower allows complete wheelchair access and is fitted with grab rails.
The toilet has grab rails and a drop down bar.
The bathroom has plenty of space for maneuvering a wheelchair.
The kitchen
The Kitchen is spacious to allow wheelchair access to the sink, cooker and fridge and has a small lowered work surface.
There is a separate dining table and a door to the rear patio.
It has level access to the hall and front room.
Aids and Equipment - available on request : Rubber Bath mat, Shower stool (adjustable height), 2" & 4" toilet seat raise, Perching stool, Adjustable high backed chair, 'Helping Hand', Long handled shoe horn, Foot spa.
